If Johnny had played all 4 quarters of every game, instead of sitting for a lot of the 3rd and 4th quarters in 5 games, his numbers would hve been 25% higher or more.....

It blows my mind why everyone leaves this fact out of all the Heisman articles about Johnny.

Could somebody post how many quarters of football Griffin, Newton, and Tebow played in when they won the Heisman and how many Johnny played in and then do a comparative analysis showing what they all wood have done if they had played the same quarters Johnny played?

12th Ag:
I've been asking the same question for a month, and the answer to the REAL comparative answer is "duh, nobody has THAT"...so I have to do it myself.
It's going to take me a week or so to manufacture the time to go through all the games that Tebow, Newton, and JFF played - but I will produce the pace charts showing run/pass yards by quarters played. And it will all be in Excel for other geekly pursuits as well (output per quarter or drive, etc).
Gig 'Em!
