This, he must be a big big man for taking pot shots at a 20 year old kid.

even if everything you said is true, that does not offset his poor judgment an condescending attitude toward JFF. clearly he doesn't have the temperament to be a judge, and he should issue a public apology as part of his resignation.

Judge posted on Facebook in a condescending manner that JFF had received a ticket for speeding from Ennis' finest.

The fact is this judge demonstrated poor judgment, and his written prejudices may offer possible grounds for Aggies coming before his court to request his recusal.

Should've thought about that before he attacked our student and our university. He'll have plenty of time to raise his kids cuz he's about to be out of a job.

He should not have used social media to call out an individual like that.

He knowingly and willingly went out of his way to be a delta bravo. That makes him a delta bravo. It wasn't a miscommunication. There was no taking it out of context. He did this to glorify himself and smear a citizen he is sworn to be impartial about in his duties.

He has demonstrated, very clearly, his complete lack of integrity. He deserves every bit of blow back he receives.

Good for him, being a saint and all. It was still a complete dick move to post that on twitter.

At the very least it was very unprofessional for a judge to comment about a case and an accused individual before his court on twitter. The gloating only added to his error.

Being a good person in other areas of his life does not give him a pass in this one. He will have to take his medicine just like the rest of us would.

For the life of me, why people blabber personal and professional stuff on twitter for the whole world to get a hold of is beyond my comprehension.

Posting about anybody's case on social media like that is seriously unprofessional and possibly unethical. I don't know much about legal ethics

This. How many polls do we have to own and how many idiots being on social media (think DC's Texas football idiot and that ESPN chick from Ole Miss) do we have to destroy before people will stop giving the zoo so much ammunition?

edit: 'cause I'm not good at English

Yeah, all of a sudden he's a great pillar of the community.
He felt real strong and cocky when he thought he could big time and castigate JFF.
Now he feels a little heat from Texags... How his outlook has changed.
It's not over yet. This will not end quickly, you will not enjoy this.
